Fluffy Gluten Free Pancakes

Kick-start your morning with these beautifully fluffy gluten free pancakes, only made sweeter with a drizzling of our Active Manuka Honey MGO 550+. With thanks to Nutritionist, Angela Martin @the_healthy_diary_, for the delicious recipe!

100g egg whites
50g plain greek yoghurt
1/2 tsp baking powder
20g coconut flour
20g of rice flour
1 tsp of our Active Manuka Honey MGO 550+ plus more to add (not drizzle) on top
1/2 cup of fresh berries


  1. Heat a nonstick pan and spray a little bit of avocado or extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Blend all ingredients, except for the fresh berries.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pan (you'll make 3 medium pancakes). Cook for 2 minutes, then flip them carefully and cook for a further minute on the other side.
  4. Serve pancakes with fresh berries and Barnes Naturals Australian Active Manuka Honey MGO 550+.
