Ginger Honey Lemonade

There's nothing quite like a glass of refreshing lemonade to quench your thirst on a warm, sunny day. Nutritionist, @pheebsfoods, gave hers an extra immunity boost using our Active Manuka Honey, and we couldn't be more in love with it!

2 cups water
1/2 cup Barnes Naturals Manuka Honey
2 inch piece of ginger chopped
2 tbsp powdered stevia
1 cup fresh lemon juice
5 cups water


  1. Place the first 2 cups of water, honey, stevia and ginger into a small saucepan over a low heat. Warm only until the honey and stevia have dissolved - do not boil.
  2. Add in the lemon juice then strain the mixture into a large jug.
  3. Add the other 5 cups of cold water and place the lemonade into the fridge too cool or drink some straight away!
