1 orange peeled
1 lemon peeled
3 inch piece of ginger
1 tsp powdered turmeric
2 tbsp Barnes Naturals Manuka honey
- Put the orange, lemon, carrots and ginger through a juicer and then whisk in the turmeric powder and honey until combined.
- Either serve immediately using large shot glasses or divide the mixture into 4 small jars that can be sealed and stored in the fridge for 48 hours.
