Ginger Honey Lemonade
There's nothing quite like a glass of refreshing lemonade to quench your thirst on a warm, sunny day. Nutritionist, @pheebsfoods, gave hers an extra immunity boost using our Active Manuka Honey, and we couldn't be more in love with it!
7 cups water
½ cup Barnes Naturals Manuka Honey
2-inch piece of ginger, chopped
2 tbsp powdered stevia
1 cup fresh lemon juice
Place 2 cups of water, Manuka Honey, stevia and ginger in a small saucepan over a low heat. Warm only until the honey and stevia have dissolved - do not boil.
Add in the lemon juice and strain the mixture into a large jug.
Add the remaining 5 cups of cold water, and place the lemonade into the fridge to cool!
