Prawn Mango Salad
This salad recipe contains bitter greens to help stimulate the liver. Combined with antioxidant-filled mango and tomato plus protein from prawns topped with an invigorating drizzle of our Turmeric Booster Tonic. This is a seriously supercharged salad!

Ingredients
1 cup dandelion greens, chopped finely
2 cups mixed lettuce
5 cherry tomatoes, halved
10 cooked prawns, deshelled & deveined
½ mango, sliced
15ml Turmeric Booster Tonic
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss through Turmeric Booster Tonic.
Serve onto plate and enjoy!
