Energising
Green tea meets vibrant dragon fruit and Manuka Active Honey for a refreshing blend that powers your day. It’s smooth, energising, and full of feel-good flavour.
1 green teabag
½ cup boiling water
¾ cup (120g) chopped pink dragon fruit, fresh or, frozen and partially defrosted
½ cup (140g) unsweetened coconut yoghurt
½ cup (60g) ice cubes
2 tablespoons (50g) Barnes Naturals Manuka Active Honey MGO 100+
Make the green tea. Make the green tea with the boiling water and then set aside to brew and cool to lukewarm. (Cooling to 40oC will ensure that the heat-sensitive bioactive compounds of Manuka Active Honey will be preserved when added).
Combine the ingredients. Place the tea with the remaining ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
Serve. Pour into two glasses and enjoy
