This vibrant smoothie is packed with health giving superfoods, combining naturally sweet bioactive Manuka honey, nitrate-rich beets, and phytonutrient-rich Blueberries, Cacao, and Matcha, blended on a base of creamy Macadamia milk with the added hit of Coconut MCTs for a boost of healthy fats. 1-9

Ingredients

1 Beetroot (small, fresh)

1 Banana (frozen)

½ cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 Tbs Manuka Active MGO 100+

½ Tbs Coconut MCTs

1 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder

250ml Macadamia Milk (chilled)

½ tsp Matcha

Method

Prepare the ingredients —Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces. Break the frozen banana into chunks.

Add all ingredients to the blender —add the chopped beetroot, frozen banana chunks, blueberries, Manuka honey, cacao, matcha, coconut MCTs, and macadamia milk into a blender.

Blend —on high speed until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Serve —Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy
