1. Promoter
The Promoter is Barnes Naturals Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 632 725 887), of 399 Archerfield Road, Richlands QLD 4077.
2. Competition Period
The competition commences at 12:00 AM AEST on Thursday, 18 December 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Saturday, 7 March 2026 (“Competition Period”). All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Competition Period:
4.2 Entrants must ensure their social media profile is set to ‘public’ for the duration of the Competition Period and until winners are announced, so that their entry can be viewed by the Promoter.
4.3 Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is unique and consists of new, original content. Each unique entry will be judged separately.
4.4 Entries must not contain any content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate or illegal. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed unsuitable.
5. Judging and Winner Determination (Game of Skill)
5.1 This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5.2 All valid entries will be judged by a panel of representatives from Barnes Naturals Marketing Agency, Etcom.
5.3 Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:
5.4 The judging will take place at WPP House, Stanley Street Plaza, Southbank QLD on Wednesday 11 March 2026
5.5 The three (3) entries deemed to be the most creative and compelling by the judging panel will be selected as the winners.
6. Prizes
6.1 There will be three (3) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) prize package.
6.2 Each prize package consists of:
a. A year’s supply of Barnes Naturals Manuka Honey, defined as twelve (12) x 500g jars of Barnes Naturals Manuka Honey MGO 850+ (or equivalent value/grade as determined by the Promoter).
b. An Instax Polaroid Camera Pack.
6.3 The total RRP of each prize package is AUD$3,232.88.
6.4 The total maximum prize pool value for the competition is AUD$9,698.64 (3 x $3,232.88).
6.5 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
7. Winner Notification and Publication
7.1 The winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter (Instagram/Facebook/RedNote/WeChat) within two (2) business days of the judging date by 13 March 2026.
7.2 The winners’ first name and initial of surname will be published on the Barnes Naturals Facebook (Meta) and Instagram social media account within five (5) business days of successful notification and confirmation from the winner.
8. Prize Claim
8.1 Winners must respond to the notification message within seven (7) business days to claim their prize and provide their full name, postal address, email address, and phone number for prize delivery.
8.2 If a winner fails to claim their prize within the specified timeframe, or if their entry is deemed invalid, the prize will be forfeited. In such an event, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining valid entries based on the judging criteria (a “re-judging”). Any re-judging will take place at WPP House, Stanley Street Plaza, Southbank QLD on Wednesday 1 April 2026, and the alternate winner will be notified as per clause 7.1.
9. Intellectual Property and Publicity
9.1 By entering this competition, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, and display their entry content (photo series/video) for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media, without further compensation, for an indefinite period.
9.2 Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity activities requested by the Promoter without further compensation.
10. Privacy
10.1 The Promoter collects personal information (such as name, address, email, phone number) for the purpose of conducting this competition and awarding prizes.
10.2 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for these purposes and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://barnesnaturals.com/privacy-policy/.
10.3 Entrants may access, update, or correct their personal information by contacting the Promoter.
11. General Conditions
11.1 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
11.3 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
11.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties or failures.
11.5 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of each State across Australia.
